The LAMP clinic and the Reentry Clinic work to help people who are incarcerated with legal matters both during their incarceration and upon their release. During incarceration, people may need help with a wide variety of legal matters, including lawsuits to stop mistreatment, navigating a divorce, childcare arrangements to drafting a will.
Even after their release from incarceration, individuals with criminal records suffer massive collateral consequences which can include job loss, homelessness, and family separation. The Reentry Clinic provides holistic representation for individuals recently released from incarceration, with the goal of helping people with criminal records fully reenter society.
