Holly is the Instructional Supervisor and Title I Director for Mason County Schools in Maysville, KY.  Uniquely qualified to discuss the development of a graduate profile program for a school district, and how this program benefits students, our discussion outlines how the Mason County School District developed and implemented its "Portrait Of A Graduate."  Holly has served as an Elementary Teacher and Assistant Principal in addition to her current role. As you listen to our discussion, Russ mentions many important points for achieving success as a student in these tough times, and he highlights the importance of making connections with students, teachers, and the community.

Here's some trivia for you...Russ and I graduated from West Carter High School in Olive Hill, KY. Russ graduated in 1982, and I graduated in 1981. We are still PROUD Comets!
