5. The Magic in Self-Forgiveness

Now that we have discussed the "THING" that is creating huge obstacles in you becoming who you want to be without fear of judgment or failure, it is time to further unpack how you can make it make sense and turn to self forgiveness. I do not believe in waiting around for someone else to give us permission to heal, process and forgive ourselves. I waited for twelve years and I do not want that for you. Self forgiveness is a skill for you to develop and apply whenever needed, even on a daily basis as a mother!

This episode will make more sense and be effective if you listen to episode 4 first!
