This week we delve deeper into the complex nature of mental health and discuss what is mental health, how it affects students, different resources we can access and how to combat stigma.

In order to achieve our 2120 Goals, it is not enough to just say we support social justice, we need to create a world free of anti-blackness.  We must work to create opportunities for black people to thrive socially, economically, and politically and learn how to be authentic allies.
