Over the last 24 years, Lawrence Carthan and his wife Teresa Carthan proudly and effectively provided a vital community-based music education/mentoring program for youth throughout New York Cty. His mentoring program is designed to develop leadership skills while helping the adolescents to find a positive method of interacting with peers and solutions to peer pressure. His students have performed at churches, various civic events for celebrities like Chris Brown, 50 cents, Allen Houston, and LL Cool J. Larry has won 2 Congressional Achievement Awards, a Proclamation from a Senator of Queens NY, a Citation from the City Council, State Senate, and State Legislature. Lastly, he has been featured on the Huffington Post and was selected as a Catalyst of New York City Media.

Jamaine Gaines is a Dallas native, an award-winning Greatness Coach, Founder, and CEO of "Choose Greatness Today." Also, he serves as a corporate consultant, and motivational speaker. He enjoys basketball, watching movies, traveling and music.

Abiodun Rashaun Banjo is a committed educational leader who is dedicated to the social-economic development of underserved communities. Being a longtime Far Rockaway resident, Rashaun has excelled as a professional basketball player, stockbroker, and committed educator. Rashaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Rashaun's goal is to encourage economic empowerment in historically underserved and underdeveloped areas.

Dee Mealz (aka Derrick Mealz), a Caribbean American raised in Brooklyn New York City during the 90s in a single-parent household. Under the mentorship of the late great Andrew Moore and I, Dee Mealz was able to successfully navigate adverse times growing up. He is now a Mentor, Youth Developer, Public Healer, and Life Ambassador with a mission of improving the mental toughness and SELF-sustainability for this generation and many more to come.

Prof. Tyron Pope can not 'change the skin that he's in' or escape the truths of being a black male in America behind his badge. Tyron Pope is a retired Law Enforcement Executive with over 20 years of public service in the New York City Police Department. Presently, works with the Legal Aid Society as a Criminal Defense Investigator and an Adjunct Instructor in the Sociology Department at Concordia College, Bronxville, NY, teaching criminal justice courses - Introduction to Criminal Justice, Criminology, and Policing in Diverse Communities.He is an Ed.D. Candidate in the Executive Leadership Doctorate program with St. John Fisher College at Iona College.
