Season 2's season finale is packed full of information and resources.  Alisha sits down with Beth Rice, she is a leader in North Carolina's efforts to support social and emotional learning (SEL) in its schools. Beth's passion for this work is evident and she provides practical advice and examples to help others on their journey with SEL.

During this episode, Alisha discusses a Standard Treatment Protocol (STP) as it applies to intervention systems within an MTSS. Also, we hear from Darlene Reap-Klosty, MTSS Coordinator in Chatham County Schools in North Carolina and her work in developing a STP within the district.
