This is the last episode for 2019. I'm reflecting back on the year with memories and lessons learned and also looking ahead to the vision year which is 2020. Who Are You? Is sometimes the most difficult question for many to answer. People are unable to identify with themselves. They're either living in someone's shadow, living through someone else's expectations or have lost themselves taking care of their family. After a week off I'm back with more gems. Sometimes we find ourselves in a place of stillness. We're not moving forward and we're not moving backwards, we're just STILL. To win or be successful you have to be focused, aligned and willing to sacrifice. Surrounding yourself with the right people and seperating from those who are not progressing. "Circle Got Smaller, Everybody Can't Go"

Episode 3 deals with Depression and Anxiety. I want to use this episode to bring light to an issue that's normally pushed to the side. But Guess What!!!! Not Today!!! We're going to break these chains together.
