Hello! I have just spent the past 30 minutes crying and feeling sorry for myself... I recorded this podcast episode anyway! I think we are all familiar with the pre-burnout phase... feeling exhausted, irritable, not wanting to do what you love, tears in the eyes, on the very verge of burning out. Season 1 Episode 15 is all about how I navigate through this challenging time.
