These 2 of them, Mandithwale & Siphamandla, are young and new traders, and Luzuko an aspiring trader who is sceptical about pursuing his interests in trading the markets. We are honoured to have Mzukisi, better known as Ta-Mzura, on this mind opening episode. He shares his experience, drive and passion for health and fitness as a basic human need and as a lifestyle. 

Join us as we unravel the myths and stigma around fitness spots in the township and why they are so underrated and under appreciated. Mzukisi gives us the perspective of the weight lifter and gym junky who will stop at nothing to see his dream of opening a gym centre for his community come to life. 

He urges everyone to start taking care of themselves, to start dreaming, and to go out there and live their truths.
