Today's episode discusses the power of projection. As people, we project our thoughts, concepts, and ideas to one another. The problem becomes when we take our projections and allow them to interfere with our lives.

In this episode, I discuss my journey of deciding of going back to school to become a therapist.

This concept is something I've struggled with for years but, to me in order to get where I want to go this is the step I need to take.

On this episode, I talk about the difference between being a judge and jury of your own life while also expressing my struggle with insecurity. There’s power in accepting one’s struggle and once we get to that place all suffer. It's how we respond to the suffering that matters. But in order to figure out how to respond to it, we have to first acknowledge it. Accepting our struggles, rather than running away from them, is the key to finding peace and meaning in our lives. For many of us, these struggles take place in our heads

It's true, people have an influence on who we are, what we do, and how we think. Why is that? I discuss my experience of finding yourself through living for others.

Confidence is the key to everything.  Without confidence what are you capable of doing?  

Why are we here as people? What is our purpose is one of the largest questions centered in humanity. What is most important is that our purpose isn't defined by what we do sometimes. It is deisgned for us based on our true design as individuals.
