My guest in this episode is Monika Becker from Clear Directions Coaching. 

She is trained as a Horticultural Engineer and working for 12 yrs in Sales & Marketing in German, Italian & Canadian tree nurseries. Eventually, she transitioned from horticulture to the tourism industry and worked as a Team Lead in a Call Center.  

She shares how she tended to be a person who would withdraw in stressful situations.  She grew up learning that you are supposed to follow the rules and do what your parents and adults tell you.  Over time, she became very nervous and anxious while at work. It ultimately resulted in a psychosomatic illness.
