Growing up in El Paso has inspired Brian to be on a mission to make impact in his community.

Linnaea Kiwala is a licensed nutritionist and personal coach who enjoys helping people transform into their healthiest version.

Before coaching, Jesse had a 14 year MLS career and won 3 league titles along with 4 US Open Cup titles. He also capped for the US Men's national team.

Jesse then started his coaching career at the New York Red Bulls where he was named MLS Coach of the Year. 

His next challenge was Europe where he became the assistant coach of RB Leipzig in Germany. Jesse is currently coaching a very successful FC Red Bull Salzburg, a team that has been at the top of Austrian football and has been competing in the Champions league and Europa League.

From being a student to teacher, Kassandra Reinhardt is an Ottawa-based Yoga Instructor on a mission to help others feel great with yoga. 

She has built up her YouTube channel called Yoga with Kassandra to over 1 million subscribers and 90 million views. In this episode, we dive into the basics of Yoga and important mindfulness practices we can all implement.
