The celebration will be held in honor of Lord Poee and professor Alkuna.  I am Hamnet, the head butler to Mr. E and his wife, Lola.  Before you arrive, there are a few rules that I must cover. 1. Dinner will be served promptly at 9 pm. At this time, all contact with the outside will cease. Any attempts will result in a meeting with Mr. E 2. You are not allowed to leave the party until after 3 am. If you leave, you will be promptly caught and have a meeting with Mr. E 3. Do not under any circumstance remove your masque. Failure to comply will result in a meeting with Mr. E 4. The masque you chose can and will affect the outcome of the night and possibly your life. 5. Mr. E could be seen wandering the mansion. Do not look at him directly, or there will be human-made consequences. 6. For your safety, once night falls, I recommend that you do not venture any farther than the garden. 7. Mr. E has various exotic pets, and if you happen to see one of them outside of their cage, please inform Lola or me 8. You are only allowed to enter the ballroom, billiard room, dining hall, and your assigned bedroom. Entering any other room will result in you being sedated and an early meeting with Mr. E 9. Mr. E will join us at midnight and will want to play a game. I recommend that you follow every one of his rules to the letter no matter how ridiculous or dangerous. 10. For your safety and the protection of others, don't approach any of the staff or members of the orchestra. They have been known to shove people into trombones. 11. Study the small booklet of etiquette within the package below, because any deviation of it will result in a meeting with Mr. E. 12. Don’t go down the hall at 2 am.
