In this edition of Ask the Attorney, Rob Kuenzel interviews TJ & Kim Burch.  Their son, Nolan Burch, a freshman at WVU, died tragically on November 14, 2014, of alcohol intoxication following a hazing incident at a fraternity house.  Following Nolan's death, TJ & Kim founded the NMB Foundation, an organization that seeks to end hazing.  Additionally, TJ & Kim aided in the production of "Breathe, Nolan, Breathe" a documentary detailing Nolan's tragic death.
