Alright Let's Talk

A new year is coming up, let's talk about what you are going to do this year to make the changes that you want to see. I challenge you to find something financial, emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual to grow in this year! Let me know what your goals are for 2021!

2021 is coming up fast! Have you thought about where you want to be this time next year? Or who you want to be? Let's talk about it.

Self-care is making sure that you are doing things to stay alive. I encourage you all to do something, even if it is small, to take care of yourself every day.

Let's Talk about Christmas. It is going to look different this year, but I hope yu still have a magical holiday, and that you are able to hold onto hope, love, and joy this season.

Relationships are hard. What happened to the '90s where people wanted to just get to know you and asked for your number, in person? Let's talk about vulnerability, communication, and honesty.

There are so many disappointments in life and it seems like even more recently. Let's talk about feeling our those feelings and also looking for the positives in the negatives

I have been there and I support you! Remember that food is fuel, you can eat the sweets and you don't need to feel obligated to eat, just because it is there.
