Chris and Hannah Shafer delightfully join us to talk about their relationship and marriage! They share how they met, what dating was like, and the important things to think about in dating. These two are so solid in their faith and understand what it takes to have a healthy relationship! I’m quite positive this is the best podcast we’ve ever done and that is just all credit to these two growing in the wisdom of others who have poured into them.

We talk about stress, and we hope that doesn't stress you out! Everyone has this on one level or another. There are different kinds of stress for sure but we all wish we had less of it. This episode won't solve your stress and frankly, some stress is good for you. We do however relate and have some ways to help you with handling the stresses of life. Lacey and Marissa Benz, founders of @nachoaveragesisters on Instagram, join us for a deep and personal conversation on eating disorders and mental health. 

They share some insight into what they are doing with their Instagram page and talk about society's view on eating and what is healthy. They share how eating disorders can emerge and what to do when it happens and recovery. Recognizing it is the first step. Mental health like depression and anxiety are common roots with eating disorders so they share their knowledge into those. We get into the deep parts of these topics plus talk about how helpful good community and therapy can be! Casey and myself (Brandon) give some personal life updates and also do a halfway check-in on our yearly goals. With some reference to our episode "New Year, New Perspective" we re-examine our progress and talk about what we have learned this year. Both of us have some big changes coming our way and while it seems like we have it good, remember the process and journey it takes to get there. We are very grateful for you guys listening and to see where this podcast has taken us! There is so much to learn in our 20's and a lot of experiences to experience but we have to get up and make it happen!
