Distance is super important in order to grow, it's not as scary as you think. 

Getting into the gym can be overwhelming; Whether that's because you don't know where to start or what to do, in this episode I go over what I did to get started: diet plans, finding an atmosphere, and cutting out unhealthy relationships. I hope my advice and steps can influence to get started on the things you want to do and to focus on you. The year of you.  

We are so hard on ourselves and expect to be perfect, coming to terms with yourself that you're enough and don't deserve bare minimum is talked about in this episode.

Getting over someone who's was once apart of your everyday routine can be really difficult especially if you don't have the right tools and support system to help you get through it, in this episode I talk about what needs to be done and how people really cope after heartbreak, taking time for yourself is totally ok; whether that be two months or two years everyone handles these situation differently but your feelings are valid. 

Whether you're the toxic friend or the other person is, it can be hard to come to terms with; in this episode I give steps and advice on how to identify a toxic friend and how to deal with it.
