Consider exploring one new place locally for the next few months. Homework:  Write down 12 places or things you would like to do locally that you have not done before. Commit for the next few months to check one off your list each weekend. 

There are many crash diets, and a plethora of ideas to improve our health. Most of the ideas have some validity. The problem is that every persons health is in a different state and we have different genetics. An Example: Pink Sea Salt may be good for someone with low Iron but bad for someone with high Iron. If you don't know exactly where your bio markers are then how can you improve your health?  Getting strategic is doing more advanced testing so you can know what areas to focus on.
