When you don't have enough money to even buy food to fill your stomach, your mother is ill and your father is dead, at that time with that life condition if you think about becoming the greatest comedian in the history who will make people laugh out loud you are ought to be considered as crazy. Yes! I am talking about the greatest comedian ever lived Charlie Chaplin. When at the age of 65 all you are left with is $105 and nothing else, and you decide to invest $87 dollar from that and start selling fried chicken door to door with a dream of becoming a millionaire someday before you die, you are ought to be considered as crazy. And after that when your recipe is rejected more than 1000 times by people and you still don't give up! "Oh my goodness!" You must have gone completely crazy. Yes! I am talking about Colonel Sanders, the founder of KFC. By the age of 88 who became not just a millionaire but a billionaire. When you can't even speak fluently until the age of 9 years old, your teachers always tell you that you are a dumb kid and after that you start your career as an insurance salesperson but fail in that also and then if you talk about inventing something that will completely change the way physicists think about energy, gravity and space, you are ought to be considered as crazy! Yes! I am talking about Albert Einstein in 1921 who was awarded the noble prize in physics.  So, when people start saying that you have gone crazy and you smile back at them because you clearly know what you are doing and why you are doing, not necessarily how you will do it, get that you are on the right path. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do. Remember, only crazy people can create history, others just read it.  I hope you have found this video useful. So share this video with your friends and help them also to get inspired. Thanks for watching. More wisdom more solution better life!

"Oh god! Whom should I listen to? My heart is saying that I should start my own business, so that I could be my own boss and work as I wish. But then my mind is saying, what if I fail in that business? What is the need to take the risk? If I do a job at least at the end of the month I will get my paycheque for sure. So between this heart and mind, whom should I listen to?"  So in reality, what you call as sound of your heart is actually your emotions and what you call as sound of your mind is actually your logic. And both of this emotion and logic is generated inside your brain, not inside your heart.  Smart idea 1: It's not heart vs mind, it's emotion vs logic  Smart idea 2: Information is the source of both  Smart idea 3: Conflicting information is the root cause of conflict  Smart idea 4: Conflict is inevitable  Smart idea 5: Always decide fast forwarding 25 to 50 years  I have learnt these things from different videos of Sandeep Maheshwari and Sadhguru. I have made this video to compile their opinions in one video in a little more interesting way. You will get the links of the channels of Sandeep Maheshwari and Sadhguru in the description below.

I remember one day I saw a beautiful Rose flower on my college campus. It was gigantic, magnificent, perfectly coloured, perfectly shaped and it had the best aroma! I immediately went to pluck it. I couldn't resist myself nearing it and plucking the Rose. However, the gardener yelled at me from behind. He said, “Why are you plucking this beautiful Rose son? You can buy another one from the market. Please let it be on the same plant. Isn't it looking beautiful?” I understood my mistake. I apologized and left the Rose there itself. I just had an Attraction for the Rose, while the Gardener had Love for the same! Whenever you put efforts and care a lot for something, it is Love. If you are simply liking something without any efforts, it is an attraction which might vanish any other moment. They say “Love at first sight” whereas it should be "Attraction at first sight". Well, it might sound pretty silly of me or maybe to Bollywood style but the truth is you will actually know when you get that connection with someone special. It's not rocket science but surely something which can't be fully explained. Cause the funny part is love initially is attraction, but with time it becomes a very strong and deep-rooted tree, and it never gets removed. Whereas, Attraction is like leaves, they fall every winter and again come back on Spring.  I hope this video has helped you to clear your confusion. Now keep these things in mind before you say to someone those 3 magical words "I love you". Because remember it has the power to make or break your life.  At last a little request to you. If you found this video useful then please share it with your friends and family. Because by sharing you can help someone to overcome their confusion about love and attraction. Thanks for watching. The Pygmalion Effect

Motivational Podcast on the topic 'The Pygmalion Effect' motivation  Visit our Amazon store front to see all the books and products recommended by us: https://amzn.to/2UW7sxk  Buy the mic I use to record my voice: https://goo.gl/zbSoKS   Imagine you are a private tutor and two kids from your neighbourhood named Ramesh and Suresh came to take tuition from you. Between them, you had never seen Suresh playing around with his friends in the playground. But many often you had noticed Ramesh do so. So, you had this preconceived notion in your mind that Suresh must have been a good student and Ramesh must not be at all. As many times you had seen Ramesh playing and gossiping with his friends in the playground. Although in the last exam in their school Suresh and Ramesh both had the same marks. But you were unaware of this fact. So as per your preconceived notion or belief, you started to give them tuition.  Your beliefs influenced YOUR ACTIONS  Your actions impacted THEIR BELIEFS about themselves  Their belief about themselves caused THEIR ACTIONS towards you  Which reinforces YOUR BELIEFS about them  So your beliefs about them became more strong and it influenced YOUR ACTIONS more and more. And in this way, a cyclic process had been started. Scientifically, this phenomenon is called the Pygmalion Effect.     The Pygmalion effect is also known as the Rosenthal Experiment, named after research of Robert Rosenthal. Rosenthal experimented at a school. At the beginning of the school year, a group of elementary school teachers was told that some of their new pupils had extraordinary talent and potential. This information, which was completely made up, was given about random average students in each class, all students had done an IQ test in advance.    After testing the same experiment in different fields when Robert Rosenthal saw the result in every case, he concluded:  “When we expect certain behaviours of others, we are likely to act in ways that make the expected behaviour more likely to occur.”    As Martin Luther King said, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.”   Join us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sflpeng   Join us on Telegram: https://t.me/sflpeng   Follow Suman personally on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sumansflp   #motivation #inspiration  #success

A few years ago a scientist named Erikson researched to find out the main factors that differentiate the world-class violinist from the average ones. So, it was found from that research that the main factor was practice. Those who had practised for more than 4000 hours were teachers standard, and those who had practiced for more than 8000 hours were skilled professionals standard, and those violinist who had practiced for more than 10000 hours were world-class standard. Then this same research was done on world-class athletes, programmers and different bands, and the outcome was the same in every case. So according to this research, if you want to become a world-class master into something, you need 10000 hours deliberate practice in that thing.   smart idea 1: 10,000 hours of deliberate practice  Smart idea 2: Talent is simply overrated  smart idea 3: There will always be some hidden factors  Smart idea 4: Check before you give up  Smart idea 5: Choose that one thing  So comment below and let me know whether you want to become a master in your field or not? If you want, then what is that one thing for you? In which you promise to do 10000 hours of deliberate practice.
