Dr. Richard Cheng, Establishing Centres of Excellence in Cardiac Amyloidosis
27m · PublishedRichard Cheng MD, MSc. is cardiology faculty at the University of Washington, Seattle, with a focus in cardiomyopathies, cardio-oncology and cardiac imaging. He is Program Director for the HF fellowship and the Director of the Cardio-oncology Program. He has formal training with a Masters-in-Science in clinical trial design and biostatistics. He has extensive editorial experience, including serving on the editorial boards for JACC, JACC: Cardio-oncology, JHLT, and is an associate editor for Heart (BMJ). Additionally, he is topic (section) editor for cardiomyopathies for ACC/HFSA HFSAP and an associate editor for ACC.org for heart failure and cardiomyopathies. His research focus over the last several years has been on risk stratification in heart failure, cardiac amyloidosis, and cardio-oncology cohorts.
