This week, Traffic Cops star and long-time friend of ANDYSMANCLUB Ben Pearson joined us on the pod!   

Ben became a household name after starring on Traffic Cops as part of his role in the West Yorkshire Police Service.

Paul has an inspirational story, having come back from the brink of suicide to a position where he is now spreading the word about Mental Health and helping other people. Andy Greenway and Paul were also joined by ANDYSMANCLUB Rhondda Valley facilitator Kyle Howells for the podcast!

This week, we welcomed Luke Scott on to the Man Chat podcast! Founder of We Go Again and a survivor of anxiety and depression, Luke is an inspiration to many having survived suicide attempts to now help others.

Luke told his story to Andy Greenway, ANDYSMANCLUB's Project Development Champion and Andy Duckworth, ANDYSMANCLUB facilitator for Huddersfield.

We are delighted to be relaunching our podcast with a fantastic guest for you all this week! Star of Channel 4's Hunted, Author, Speaker and Former Undercover Police Officer Peter Bleksley joins us to talk all things Mental Health!

Peter's life has been fascinating, having worked undercover in a variety of situations that challenged both his mental and physical health. During one stage of his career, Peter was assuming three distinct identities a day.

We are also joined by one of our amazing facilitators Chris Martin from Devon, who you may remember featured on his very own episode last year!

This week we are joined by Jodie Hill. Jodie started her own law firm, Thrive Law, and was so keen to ensure that her, and her employees mental helath was paramount in their thinking. This lead to her campiagnig for MH first aiders and practioners to be presnt in all workplaces.
