People share memes to express how they feel, to make each other laugh, and to comment on politics, spirituality, and culture. But where do memes come from? Why are they so popular? And, most importantly, what can memes teach all writers, artists, and marketers about communicating effectively on social media? In this solo episode, I take a deep dive on the art and science of memes.

Words Are Vibrations is a podcast at the intersection of creativity, consciousness, and culture. I will be chatting with writers, artists, healers, and change makers from all walks of life to reawaken our inherent creative nature.
Thoughts are intentions. Actions are rituals. Words are vibrations. This podcast is a friend and guide on your journey back to yourself.
In this solo episode, I introduce the new podcast and answer audience questions about life, creativity, and staying hopeful and inspired in difficult times.
Lots of fun episodes to come!

1h 16m · PublishedThere is a lot of talk about advanced technology these days, from web3, blockchain, crypto, and the metaverse. What does this new technology mean for the future of humanity? Is it part of the evolution of consciousness? Or does it further separate us from spirit and source?
In this special episode, which features myself being interviewed by my friend Michael Phillip for his podcast Third Eyes Drops, we dive deep into these questions to try to unravel the relationship between technology and spirituality. Enjoy!

Taylor Eyewalker | Kambo, Healing & Returning to Nature
1h 22m · PublishedTaylor Eyewalker has administered the potent South American medicine kambo to thousands of people (including me). Kambo is a special frog secretion long used as a medicine by Amazonian shamans. It is known to induce intense vomiting and clear the body of unwanted energies.
In this episode, we discuss my own (intense) kambo experience, Taylor’s journey as a healing, how kambo works, and how people can engage with Indigenous medicines in a way that is safe, sustainable, and respectful.

Terence McKenna's Final Interview
1h 8m · PublishedTerence McKenna is one of my favorite thinkers and biggest influences. You could call him a "psychedelic philosopher." He was lightyears ahead of his time as a thinker and researcher at the intersection of spirituality, psychedelics, and cyberspace.
This is a recording of his last known interview, from October 1998. It is one of the best explanations I've heard for the state of the world in 2021 and beyond. Terence said that the human species is accelerating toward a world of increasing novelty where things would get weirder and weirder, until we reached what he called "the transcendental object at the end of time," which is another way of saying "the singularity," a point in time where the rate of change would surpass our ability comprehend.
The good news is, this is a story of hope. McKenna said it was a natural process, and it would lead us beyond the 3D Newtonian prison, i.e. the matrix.
This is one of the best interviews I've ever heard, and you're going to love it.

Michael Phillip | Ancient Wisdom, Hermeticism & WTF is reality??
1h 9m · PublishedMichael Phillip is one of my favorite thinkers on the internet. As a self-described "wonder junky" and host of the popular podcast, Third Eye Drops, Michael is well versed in topics ranging from spirituality to science to ancient wisdom. He holds space for all sorts of fascinating ideas without being overly attached to any of them.
In this episode we discuss the difference between science and spirituality, the ancient knowledge of Hermeticism, and what it was like for both of us growing up in small towns in the midwest.
Michael is a breath of intellectual fresh air and you're going to love this episode.

Elizabeth April | Aliens, Galactic Warfare & Why Love Wins
1h 2m · PublishedElizabeth April is one of my favorite people (and an actual homesick alien). She’s a YouTuber, podcast host, author, and all around interdimensional badass. Elizabeth is probably best known for her work “channeling” what she called the “Galactic Federation,” a council of interdimension beings who are working behind the scenes to steer humanity in a positive direction.
If you find this hard to believe, that’s okay. You don’t have to take it literally. One of my favorite mottos is “Everything is true. Nothing is literal.” To me, every spiritual and philosophical idea is like a novel or a song – it’s an artful interpretation of reality. There is room for multiple mythologies to exist at once, and Elizabeth delivers a very potent mythology to ponder.
In this episode we discuss the first time Elizabeth was abducted from aliens, her process for channeling, and the hidden galactic war that is taking place behind the scenes of the current planetary crisis. Elizabeth is a bright light and beautiful soul and you won’t want to miss this episode.

How I Got a Book Deal with Hay House when I had ZERO Followers 🔑
25m · PublishedSomeone on Instagram asked me for my best "manifestation story." This is it.
In 2017, I published my first book, Sh#t Your Ego Says, with Hay House. At the time, I had no audience or marketing platform whatsoever. I probably had a couple hundred Instagram followers, all of whom were friends and family. I had yet to make a single meme. I was a complete unknown.
So how was I able to sign a book deal with one of the most famous self-help publishers? Honestly, it’s an adventure story. There’s no template. You can’t get there by following someone else’s path. My story involves taking risks, moving across the country, becoming homeless, and eventually finding a way that was fully and authentically mine.
In the newest episode of Homesick Alien Club, I share the complete, uncut story of how the book and book deal for Sh#t Your Ego Says happened, while sharing some major keys 🔑🔑🔑 I learned along the way,
This episode is a must-listen.

Vibe Check | It's Time to Reinvent Yourself
12m · PublishedThe world is changing fast. It's time for us to change too. The people I know who are truly thriving in this time of rapid transition are those who are most willing to release their attachment to the people they used to be and emerge from the fire of change transformed. It's time for gangster-level authenticity 🔥🔥🔥
Change is never comfortable. But in the long run, the pain of staying the same is much greater than the temporary pain of change. Consider this episode your permission to release your attachment to your old identity and become somebody new. You're ready 🌻
(I also tell the story of the last time I drank ayahuasca, when David Bowie rescued me from the apocalypse.)
