We Are All Perfectly Imperfect

We hear all the time that “nobody is perfect”, so why do we expect perfection from ourselves and others?  

 

In this episode, the Fab 5 is talking about how we are all perfectly imperfect, why it can be difficult for us to accept being imperfect, and how we can embrace our imperfections while continuing to better ourselves. Expecting perfection from ourselves and others will always result in disappointment because nobody is, and ever will be, perfect. Too often we push our feelings down and distract ourselves from whatever may be building the negative emotions up.
