Gabriel Angelo MasterBlaster G is a fifteen year old San Francisco Street Artist and Icon.  If you think a 15 year old has nothing of value to say or teach you then you are disagreeing with Ellen Degeneres .  At the age of six Gabriel fell in love with a shiny brass trumpet that he has never stopped practicing or performing with.  This is a young man who has been and is going places.  If you don't believe me just ask him.  This young man has an impressive enthusiasm and a belief in himself that defies his chronological age.  Master G's goal is make the world a better place and his music and zest for life just might leave you with a smile you didn't have before listening to him.

Your Health Matters Dr. John McDougall

39m · Published 03 Nov 15:19

Dr. John McDougall is a thought leader.  He has been challenging people's thinking since 1970.  He discovered something amazing about people's health while he was a Hawaiian plantation doctor that long ago.  He has been putting it to use in his practice and has the research to prove it.  He currently runs a health and wellness program in CA that is endorsed by the likes of Dr. Dean Ornish.  Dr. McDougall not only alleviates hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, some cancers and other ills…he can cure them.  You heard it right, cure them.  The billion dollar pharmaceutical industry swats him away like a fly but anyone who is willing to listen is hearing him loud and clear.

Stop Waiting For It To Get Easier Jim Palmer

27m · Published 27 Oct 19:15

Jim Palmer is an entrepreneur with a message.  His latest book entitled, "Stop Waiting For It To Get Easier" is a good summary for what he has come to believe.  He also puts his money where his mouth is.  Thirteen years ago he lost his job in the same year he received a melanoma diagnosis.  He had four children and was the sole breadwinner.  He will tell you how he climbed out from under all that, earned more money than he had before and the lessons he learned along the way.

Just Try It Maysoon Zayid

41m · Published 20 Oct 14:30

Maysoon Zayid repeated it twice in our interview, “Just try it,”  Just try it,”  and try it she has.  If Maysoon finds a door in her life she metaphorically kicks out a window and knows how to get herself through it.  While she doesn’t want to be anyone’s inspiration she feels happy for anyone who is able to accomplish anything because of something she may have said.  I found her unstoppable, admirable, and a woman to listen to.  She has appeared on Comedy Central’s The Watch List, PBS’s America at a Crossroads, CNN, HBO, MTV, and 20/20.  She was named one of the 21 Leaders of the 21st Century by Women’s ENews, and a 2013 honoree of United Cerebral Palsy NYC’s Women Who Care Awards and those are only two of the honors that this inimitable woman has received.

Child Advocate Chief John Paul Lilly

41m · Published 14 Oct 15:43

When you think of bikers you might think of gangs, thugs, and tattoos.  John Paul Lilly has changed all of that.  He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is also known as the Chief.  In 1995 he founded an organization known as Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA).  They put that reputation for toughness to work but only in the service of the greater good.   These BACA bikers are known to many as the guardians.   They are guardians for the children.  They patiently sit outside the homes of children who have been hurt, abused or molested.  They also ride with them to their court appearances, providing solace, support, protection, and more.  This podcast explores how the Chief overcame his own fear to find a family much like the organization he founded.  Come meet the Chief.  You won’t be the same after you do.  Join the ride.
