In 2021 we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the discovery of insulin. This life-saving discovery made by Banting, Best, Collip and McLeod at the University of Toronto had its roots even earlier.

Our guest is Grant Maltman who is the Curator at the Banting House National Historic Site of Canada in London, Ontario. Banting House is the former residence of Sir Frederick Banting and is now home to an incredible collection of artifacts related to his life.
