My name is Tim, and I am here to share what has worked for me. How it helped me come out of my shy shell and step into a life of greater self confidence and accomplishment. I want you to know that what you’re going to hear on this podcast is organic, tried and true, clean content. My goal is to shed a more attractive light on the idea of health, wellness. Fitness improves the quality of anyone's, who applies it, life. I may not understand your situation but I know you'll connect with an aspect of my story or relate to some of my experiences. I am someone that feels like I have failed myself if I do not make time to exercise and be me when I travel. Part of being me involves finding time every day to strain and strengthen my heart and muscles. This often involves a gym of some capacity along with other active choices (like walking/jogging) throughout the day. I view a vacation as a time to get away from the day-to-day grind... working out is not a grind for me it is a refuelling activity and necessary contributor to the quality of life and happiness that I feel. Take back control! Often times we get into a flow of how we carry out the daily activities of our lives. Are the things that we are doing the best option? Are we Responding to situations we find ourselves in or are we Reacting? If you are engaging in something that the majority of people are doing I challenge you to ask WHY!? “Everyone in my family is overweight...” WHY? “People are posting ‘funny’ images or videos of other people’s misfortune or bad day moments and attaching a meme to it or making fun of them...” WHY? Today I am joined by Chris Oliver, a coach of coaches in the sport of Basketball. Though you may not like or play basketball you are the coach of your life and there are people that look to you for direction or lookup to you because of things you have accomplished in a specific area of your life. With that power comes a responsibility. I think the theme of this interview stresses that humility, servant-hood, and quality questions yields happier and more positive results than pride and ignorance ever will. On the surface we may be speaking about the fitness and coaching industry but look deeper into your life and maybe there is something here for you. Eliminate the fluff from your daily routines, conversations, and the work you do everyday. Focus on what works and repeat that!

Do you look for or purchase your quality products/services on the black market?? No you seek out a reputable source or look at the reviews before you pull out your card to buy. WHY are we not doing the same thing with our bodies!! The exercises you perform or the foods we are eating?
