Living in Jen's Mind

by Jenifer

Let's just say life did me a little dirty! And I am here to share that with you. My 20 years of life have not been that easy, but my trauma has helped me grow as person. And seek that true love, which is loving me and accepting all of my flaws. Through sharing the things that go through my crazy mind I want to start that conversation that dealing with mental health drains you. If you don't seek for help. But let me just say that WE GOT THIS. Together we will conquer our struggles and become the best versions of ourselves. So let's do this let's start our journey! -J

Don't get too comfortable

18m · Published 24 Jan 10:28

Hi Everyone,

My name is Jenifer and I am the host of livinginjensmind! I am so happy to have you in my little podcast family.

For today's episode, I really wanted to talk about how as a human our first instinct we tend to first feel is fear when things start to feel different in our life's , due to us not knowing what is going to happen next. The thought of not knowing creates anxiety and I have experienced that where I have ran back to many toxic situations because I am so scared of being uncomfortable. But with change a lot of new opportunities and many blessings can come our way. And that is why I began to question why I was so scared of change, I started to notice that I was repeating cycles and not letting myself grow or learn. Hope you guys enjoy today's episode! Can't wait for the next.

XOXO,

Jen

Episode 7- Getting Real with Joel Estrada

1h 2m · Published 20 Oct 06:28

Hi Everyone,

Today's episode was a little different, it's my first interview on my podcast and it was a truly amazing experience. I interviewed my amazing friend Joel Estrada an entrepreneur that's main focus is real estate. We talked about the importance of setting goals, visualizing them, and taking care of your emotional/mental health. This conversation made me open my mind to a lot of things and made it clear of what I want to see in my future. The tips he gives and the research he provides really made me notice how important self- love is because without it you can not accomplish things in life. Listen to the episode and open your mind to all the things Joel says. Enjoy!
