The Twelfth One - Dean Clarke
55m · PublishedAfter joining the army at the age of 16 to steer clear from a path of drugs and crime, Dean describes his tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, alongside the task force that significantly impacted ISIS.
The struggle to transition back to civilian life built up to depression and suicide attempts.
Once diagnosed with bipolar, Dean describes learning to live with it and fighting through psychotic episodes.
He is now the ambassador for Bipolar UK and a huge inspiration.

Aspiring to achieve the perfect figure, Danny formed a zero calorie intake diet by purging his food, which was just an apple and a bowl of couscous.
Whilst suffering at the hands of cyber bullies and a deteriorating mental health, Danny became incredibly anxious about his appearance and didn't leave the house for 6 months.
As we discuss his journey, he opens up about his recovery and motivation for starting Male VoicED.
