This short episode is a soft return from taking a nice long break due to writer's block and mental illness. I return to rant for 10 minutes about moving to a new country during a pandemic while also attempting to provide insight on dealing with disappointments. Short summary: I do not know, but come laugh with me for a few minutes.

In this episode, I wanted to cover the roots of the sexualization of black women- and give background as to how damaging stereotypes are especially to black women as they grow. This includes at home, in schools, and in mass media. I talk about my personal experiences navigating dating outside and within my race.

This is my sexual assault survivor story. So, I'm providing a trigger warning for sexual assault, abuse, etc. The past 2 1/2 years of my life have been plagued with memories of my time spent at San Jose State. In just one short year, my view of humanity and people in general completely changed, including my view of myself.

Today, I wanted to discuss going over what some consider uncomfortable topics with your partner or partners. This is an abridged version, but in a short time, I tackle body count and STI stigmas, as well as speaking about sexual trauma.  I hope that my words give you some solace and guides you all to find comfort in your own stories and comfortability.

Mental health. Not enough people talk about this. Or maybe too many people talk about this. There are stigmas and stereotypes. In this episode, I discuss being diagnosed, different types of therapists and therapy, medication, communication with those around you, and how to cope with mental illness. Some of you are going to be mad, but it must be said. As a lil introduction, I wanted to share some background of my experience growing up mixed race. I summarize my early battles with identity, race, and hair. I would greatly appreciate if you even listened to half of this.
