Les Peacock is the founder for a non for profit suicide prevention called Changing the Game UK. They're fully reliant on donations as they don't receive any government funding. Lets served his time as a mechanical engineer specializing in maintenance, reliability and project management. Emma Farrell is a health and wellness coach and founder of Habit Change Coaching. Through her training, and own lived experiences, she empowers her clients to take their health – both mental and physical into their own hands.

Emma’s ethos is that small hinges swing big doors and by making the smallest adjustments in daily habits we can change the course of our overall health and wellbeing phenomenally.

Emma believes in 80/20 always and encourages clients not to be too hard on themselves and live a little. So long as we look after ourselves 80% of the time, its okay to go wild with the other 20% - the whole point of life is to chill out and have fun!

Her group programmes include Mind over Matter, Mindset and Motivation overhaul, and the "21 Day Total Body Reset” food elimination diet programme.

She also offers one to one coaching around habits and mindset: a specialised blood pressure reduction diet programme and a type 2 diabetes management programme. Emma is a big believer in nature as therapy and as a recently qualified Personal Trainer, she now incorporates bespoke fitness workouts into her diet and mindset programmes.

1, Annette Trevorrow-Gasher multi-faceted woman is a cancer conquerer, spokeswoman, safety expert and public speaker who raises awareness on breast cancer, domestic violence/abuse to mention afew things. She is a 15year cancer survivor with over 17 surgeries since 2005 and founded her own Health & Safety/Wellness agency creating an interactive first aid programme for children and corporations.

2, Annabella Gutman is an Israeli born actress and has played a range of roles in her lifetime. She is an LA based entreprenuer and model who has her own lingerie line with good connections to various people from Angel investors, brands, businesses etc.

Happy Smiles Training with Alex Winstanley

On episode 10 Rory talks to award-winning social entrepreneur and best-selling author Alex Winstanley. With years of experience as a teacher, carer and SENCo, Alex set up a not-for-profit organisation called Happy Smiles Training CIC which empowers disabled young adults to create positive social change, by delivering awareness training across schools, community groups, businesses.

The Power of Music with Blanid

Dying To Stay Alive with Tom Robinson

On episode 7 Rory talks to Tom Robinson author of 'Dying To Stay Alive'. After years of battling with the mental illness of depression, Tom has set out to help others who may be in a similar situation or experiencing similar feelings. Tom is a former junior national champion and international event rider and currently a freelance journalist specialising in mental illness education through his own lived experience with type 1 bipolar disorder.

He openly talks to Rory about his struggles with type 1 bipolar disorder which started as a young man and after a 20 year spell of a turbulent relationship with his mind, Tom has survived against the odds and now seeks to help others battling with mental illness through his blog and book 'Dying To Stay Alive'.

Mental Health Crisis in Clonmel (Ireland) with Thomas Ryan

On episode 6, Rory speaks to Thomas Ryan a very multifaceted man if you will. Thomas works as a Public Relations Officer in mental health sector and also founded the Clonmel Remembrance Walk in 2019 after struggling with being suicidal afew years back. The walk aims to mark and celebrate World Suicide Friendship Day which is on the 10th September. He also launched the Shining Light in the name of mental health and suicide and shares some of the issues lacking in the mental health services in Carmel and Tipperary Ireland. Thomas also offers tips on how he deals with mental wellbeing as an LBTQA man living in Ireland.
