06 – Going Deeper

I’m so grateful that you’ll be joining me in this space! This podcast has been lovingly designed to connect each of us to our individual and collective awakening by way of storytelling. In these first 6 episodes you’ll be introduced to my personal journey and the stories I carry within me. In this episode, we explore what it means to heal. It means going to the places we don’t want to go. The scary, unseen, untouched places. It means sharing our stories, our wounds, and creating the sacred container that allows others to touch their shame. The space that allows them to unmask. In this episode, I give gratitude for the “mistake” and the healing it has brought to me in this journey of discovering true authenticity.

05 – The Aftermath

I’m so grateful that you’ll be joining me in this space! This podcast has been lovingly designed to connect each of us to our individual and collective awakening by way of storytelling. In these first 6 episodes you’ll be introduced to my personal journey and the stories I carry within me. Join me in the story of the Chick-Fil-A aftermath. This episode calls in to question what right response is and what constitutes as fair and just. What happened to my family and myself after facing the harsh consequences of online shaming? What shadow aspects of myself did I still need to heal? How dark can it get for an individual drowning in shame? How do our personal judgments and fears contribute to the sickness of society? Do we believe in second chances? Do we create space for individuals to make mistakes and experience growth from those mistakes? How can we foster love instead of hate? These are the questions brought to light in this story because I know I’m not alone in this time of social media and online shaming. My inner work has brought me to a place, a place that knows sharing our stories can heal us.

I’m so grateful that you’ll be joining me in this space! This podcast has been lovingly designed to connect each of us to our individual and collective awakening by way of storytelling. In these first 6 episodes you’ll be introduced to my personal journey and the stories I carry within me. Today’s episode explores what happens when one begins to question everything they have been taught and believed. What happens when one begins to identify and attach to their core values? This episode will introduce you to the Adam Smith made famous by a two-minute-viral YouTube video, a video that caused millions of people across the globe to instantly form an opinion about me. What happens when our Ego sets out to destroy the “other”? What damage do we cause in the name of justice?

03 – Growing Pains

I’m so grateful that you’ll be joining me in this space!  This podcast has been lovingly designed to connect each of us to our individual and collective awakening by way of storytelling.  In these first 6 episodes you’ll be introduced to my personal journey and the stories I carry within me. This episode brings us face to face with what it means to shift our focus from external work to internal work and the process of unlearning and awakening.  For the first time in my life, I dive deep in to the work of wrestling with my Ego and the patterns set in motion by my childhood experiences. May each of us be gifted with Guides and Teachers who hold the space for our unraveling and piecing back together.

02 – The Safety Perception

16m · Published 02 Jan 01:01
I’m so grateful that you’ll be joining me in this space!  This podcast has been lovingly designed to connect each of us to our individual and collective awakening by way of storytelling.  In these first 6 episodes you’ll be introduced to my personal journey and the stories I carry within me. In this episode, I continue to explore my relationship with shame as a powerful catalyst and motivator, driving me to achieve extraordinary things and some not-so-extraordinary things.  I came to believe that money would be my savior from shame, often making decisions that I, ultimately, felt would keep me safe. Who would I be and what choices would I make without the safety net of money?  Who would you be without your self-identified safety nets and what decisions would you make?

01 – The Journey Begins

In this episode, I connect you to my dance with shame.  Shame is a dance that started early in my childhood and a dance that would bring me full circle to the very thing I had spent my life running from.  May we all shine a light on the parts of us that keep us identified with shame and unworthiness.
