Thinking beyond forgiveness (Part 1)

20m · Published 14 Dec 17:49

In this episode, we kick off a 4 part series where we explore this age-old thought of forgiveness and how it impacts how we think, act, and live. We are the summation of our past experiences and yet we often don't realize just how much we allow the burdens in our past to affect us. We will discover how to quantify what's owed, identify who owes it (the offender), cancel their debt, and live on with debt that's canceled.

How complaining hinders good thinking

17m · Published 10 Nov 04:55
In this episode, we explore the concept of the glass being half empty or half full and how our perception of the thoughts controls what we do with them. Can we be real and also be positive? It’s quite possible that you could probably find something wrong with the best of things if you look close enough. With the same amount of energy and emotional cycles you spend blaming, complaining, or finding fault, you could probably do something better and more positive for yourself because situations do suck and that’s true for everyone – you're not the only one there. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/thinkology/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/thinkology/support

Oftentimes we can find most people we know spend more time working for other people (job, relationships, or whatever else) and not a lot of time working and improving who they are for themself. Let's learn about this together and also look at ways we can shift this and do more as we invest in ourselves.
