This week, we read some Reddit AITAH Posts and discuss our thoughts through a mental health/therapist as well as a personal lens. 

This week we talk about maintaining health within the BIPOC community, in spite of all the barriers and set backs. We talk about ways to deal with these barriers and setbacks, and ways to support each other in the community. 

This week we talk about the November elections, how political changes can affect our mental health, and interacting with family members that have different political views during the holidays. 

This week we discuss the mental health stressors for mom's. We discuss cultural issues that perpetuate the idea of "super mom" and some ways to cope with unrealistic expectations. 

This week we talk about the money issues that POC are facing due to inflation. We didnt talk about Kanye...We also discuss some tips to cope with those financial stressors.

This week we discuss news of infidelity and cheating in the media. We look at these events through the therapist lens, to address mental health and attain mental wellness.

This week we discuss the new issues in the media related to crime, specifically serial killers. We discussed the effects of the show Dahmer: Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story  within our communities of color.

This week we talk about ways to address and cope with conflict in the work-place. We give tips in managing these difficulty relationships. 

This week we focus on coping with traumas related to experiencing natural distasters, personally or vicariously. We discuss some ways to cope and importanct in reaching out to social supports.

This week we continue with our welcome and focus on maintaining long distance relationships and your worth at work.
