EP 3: Mental Health Check-in, Grad School, & Being Afraid of Racist People

20m · Published 05 Mar 05:05

Thank you for listening to We're Not Okay, the Mental Health Podcast for Millennials. In this episode, I share a little bit of the current stressors that have been going on in my life.

To sum it up, I recently got accepted into a grad school program and in the midst of all the excitement, bursts of anxious worry have lurked their way into my head and are trying to run the show. Listen to this episode to hear how struggles of the past are manifesting as anxieties toward the future, how living with anxiety makes being an adult more challenging, and how racist people are a danger to my mental health.

We're anxious, we're thriving, and we're not okay.
