We are very excited to kick off this episode with our guest AsanaRa & Chef Don, the co-owners of Flavatown NYC. Both guests emphasized the need for a holistic lifestyle within the black community by giving day-to-day examples of our eating habits and more. During this conversation, we discovered breaking certain habits & traditions in our households can lead to a better mindset and better functioning.

Also, the lovely couple presented the different strategies to attain a holistic diet by giving food alternatives. They discussed real-life situations before their alkaline journey and the benefits of their livelihood after their transition. In this process, both individuals found their purpose and decided to create a holistic lifestyle for people within the black community. They named it Flavatown NYC!
