It's a skill that will take them so far as they continue taking lessons.  Right along with learning to read music and how to play the piano, the right technique matters so much too.

11- Non musical parents and piano lessons

13m · Published 26 Jun 05:00

In this episode, I'll discuss ways that you can help your child learn piano even if you're not very musical yourself.  A little encouragement really goes a long way with your kids.  More than anything else, they want support and need you to help keep them motivated.

Creating a supportive environment for your child to learn, staying present and interested, pushing them the right amount, and staying in alignment with what the teacher expects of your child all matter so much.
