8. The 9 types of Intelligence & How to unlock your child's inner potential

15m · Published 28 Oct 07:30

In this episode, I talk about the 9 different types of Intelligence the was first theorized by developmental psychologist Howard Gardner in 1983. Everybody has all the 9 types of intelligence but 1 or 2 types are predominant in each person 👍🏼

Every child has their own kind of expertise. As parents, we need to closely observe them and find out the predominant type of intelligence in our babies so that we can help them hone that skill further. The earlier we identify the skill, the better we can nurture them on the path that is best suited for them🏅

Hence, let’s learn more about each of these skills and use this knowledge to identify our baby’s talent 🙌🏼

I also talk about the activities you can do with your child to improve and hone each type of intelligence along with some potential career options for each of them.

7. 15 signs of Toxic Parenting & how to overcome it

11m · Published 14 Oct 08:15

In this epsiode I talk about Toxic Parenting.

It is very important for a child to have a healthy emotional relationship with parents in order to flourish as a healthy, successful & happy adult. But when children are being raised with constant nagging, repetitive abuse & criticism for their behavior or personality it makes them feel demoralized & they develop low self-esteem.

Toxic parenting is a very harmful parenting style that takes away the beauty of childhood, innocence & happiness and makes the child feel guilty, helpless and in need of constant validation and approval.

In this episode, I list out 15 different signs of Toxic parenting that most parents probably don’t realize. I also talk about the impact it has on children & give you some strategies that will help overcome it.
