Spring is here! My top 3 favorite warm weather yarns.

10m · Published 28 Mar 22:52

Here's a short little solo episode about my 3 favorite types of yarn to work with for warmer weather and vacations.

You can find the yarn I mentioned on our site both Cestari and Galler and for the blended merino with bamboo or nylon you can sign up for our dyed yarn of the moth club which features both of these often. Use Code YARNSTASH to save 50% off your first month of any of our yarn subscriptions.

All about SpinOlution Spinning Wheel package accessories with special guest Renae of Tailspin Farms

13m · Published 12 Feb 15:00

Demo and Review of SpinOlution Studio Package Accessories as shown by my friend Renae from @Tail Spin Farm  I was able to help Renae find her perfect match with a spinolution monarch package.  While I love the stand alone wheel options with spinolution when someone wants to get one of our modular option wheels  ( monarch, echo, firefly) I always recommend looking at the packages.  The packages are like getting two wheels at one time. You get two different top halves of the wheel so you can switch back and forth easily in sizes.  They also come with the removable lazy kate that can also go on the floor which I consider a must have.  If you want to use the lazy kate to ply off of the top of the wheel I have a how to video showing my hack for doing this.   STUDIO PACKAGES  Purchase a SpinOluiton Package for two flyer sizes (with 3 bobbins each) plus lazy kate, skein winder, straps and wheels, extra drive band, and tube orifice bars for a complete fiber arts studio setup.   https://craftyhousewifeyarns.com/spinolution
