In this weeks segment, we have Julianne on the line, where we sit down and discuss this weeks topic of Hyper Sexulisation of women and we discuss the effects it has on the person and what it's like from a male's perspective, we also analyse the different types double standards in society which each gender faces.

In this weeks episode, we got Umayr on the line, for this segment, we talk about life events, and the way that events in the past effected the way we grew up to make us become the people we are today, we will also touch upon  and talk about what we're doing now could one day translate into a better future.

In today's episode, we take a dive in to the different religions and how each different religions have different views and beliefs in life, also taking a dive into the mindset and attitude of today's youths towards religion and how religion has changed from the past till present.

In this episode, I am really excited as we have a legend on the If I Speak, the big bro figure who inspires me and I've always looked up to, on this segment, I get to catch up with the friend that went missing in the UK for 2 years due to his Pro-Basketball career overseas, and we talk about the experiences of the Pro Basketball Player lifestyle as well of other topics.

In this Valentines Date Special, we got a "Special Guest" on the block, someone who's so familiar yet so distance, in this segment, I sit with the special guest and we talk about relationship situations that we've been in, why certain relationships that ended and relationships that never happened.

On this episode, I reconnect with an old friend that I haven't seen for years, as Chinese New Year is around the corner, we discuss the experiences and differences of CNY in the UK and how it's different in Asia, we also talk about some funny experiences we had in Chinese New year (PS: I got in a lot of trouble) but find out what I did on this episode.

In today's episode we talk about a topic which is a bit touchy, Racism, we will mention topics such as our understanding of racism with Sab as the special guest for the week, we touch up on our own experiences with this topic, and what our overall view on it is.

If I Speak is officially going global!!! In today’s episode we have our first international guest coming all the way from Taiwan, in this segment, we talk about how his student life was like in the UK and how the educational system is different in Taiwan compare to the UK.

On this lovely New Year's Eve of 2021, If I Speak presents to you an episode reflecting the the growth's we went through in 2021 how what needs to be done to improve oneself in the up coming year of 2022, and because it's a New Years Special, we got the special guest himself, Mr Aldrich Miguel
