It follows Lake Superiors North Shore and goes through some of Minnesota's most beautiful terrain and State Parks.

Now days, Pert Near Sandstone can be found touring world wide, spreading the joy and uniqueness of a Minnesota roots string band. They also host the rapidly growing Blue Ox Music Festival, in Eau Claire Wisconsin. Though their music has been taking them around the world, they still make plenty of regular time for their loyal home crowd in Minnesota.
