The Breakthrough Program provides information and support for families and significant others of individuals affected by methamphetamine and other substances.
The program involves:
- The provision of free public alcohol and drug (AOD) information sessions
- Connection to Family Workers who can provide brief intensive support to family members
- Referral to other assistance including peer support and social services
