A Cafe in Fenway has allegedly been requiring 3 unpaid trial days with the company prior to full employment, whilst they decide if the applicant is a ‘good fit’. This has naturally shocked the online community and caused a discussion online, with the question of is this alleged exploitation, or a simple ‘misunderstanding’.
