As today is the Winter Solstice - I wanted to give you the tools to get over future worry and fear.
In ancient times, the worry of winter never-ending was a true and great fear that was universal. Without the other seasons, we could die. This was a real fear. But obviously, we know now, that worry of the sun not coming back is not a "Real" or legitimate worry.
In today's environment, it's really easy to freeze up and not take any action for fear of "What If" this, that or the other should happen. Once we address that fear, we can move on and take mindful action towards our desired outcome.
When we take the time to play the "What if" game, we can see what the reality is and take mindful action.
