We are so focused around ourselves, the world is massive and we are 1 out of 7 billion. I couldn't help but smile at this thought as the irony between what we think and reality is crazy. And the thing is that this isn't anyone's fault, being egocentric is our default setting. We are sitting in a world full of self-centred people and you can't argue with that because it is a fact. We are so self-absorbed with our own lives and our own plans we forget to look around and realize how many other people are around us living their own lives. In this episode, I discuss "seeing the bigger picture" and reminding you that there is no such thing as unrealistic.

Self awareness is the ability to know what’s going on with you and to know wh you are, you are ever changing and often we as human beings can get lost or off track, these practices will bring you back on your one way road to success
