Reversing Arthritis and Inflammation with Clint Paddison @paddisonprogram

1h 0m · Published 27 Apr 06:49

Our guest today is Clint Paddison, founder of the Paddison Program. Clint was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and within two years, he could barely walk and experienced severe pain in most of his body. He tried surgery and medications without success. So he went back to his science roots and with determination, persistence and scientific experimentation Clint turned his health around and now leads a drug free and pain free life. After reversing his rheumatoid arthritis, Clint has appeared on television, given TEDx talks, written for magazines, he speaks at most of the biggest natural heath conferences in Australia and has founded The Paddison Program. His step by step program has dramatically improved the lives of thousands of people with arthritis and inflammatory conditions. Arthritis affects over 10% of the population and is more common in western society. Women are twice as likely to be diagnosed with arthritis! Inflammation is the cause of many diseases and recent research has shown that mental illnesses including depression and anxiety are linked with inflammation too. The main component of The Paddison program is a plant based vegan diet. There’s definitely a lot more to it though, so I encourage you to check it out for yourself at www.paddisonprogram.com Clint is also on Instagram at @paddisonprogram and runs a podcast and YouTube channel under the same name. You’ll find myself and the vegclub community on Instagram at @vegclub. And if you enjoy listening to the podcast, feel free to leave a review so we can reach more people together.
