One of the problems with the weekend is, of we're not careful, it can whizz by without us even realizing. One of the issues with that is we don't necessarily feel "rested" and it leaves us with more to do during the week. With so much going on in the world at any moment, it can be hard to know where to focus your energy. I read a quote that said "you get what you focus on". The media knows this so they play on our emotions to get us to feel bad all the time. The problem with this is.....you get what you focus on...so we need to shift our focus. Whether we like it or not, life has changing season all the time. Winter turns to spring, turns to summer, turns to fall, bad times turn good, good times fall on troubled grounds.
