Estee completed her Masters degree in Educational Administration, with an emphasis on curriculum design.

She went on to teach for 7 years, and while completing her prerequisites for Medical school, she realized she was more interested in the business of recruiting physicians, instead of being one.

After working for several notable recruiting agencies, in 2013 Estee founded her own as a hobby, but it has now scaled so significantly, with over ten employees and an average of ten job placements per week. In 2023 through some serious health and life shake ups which we talk about in this episode, Estee restructured her business, took on a CEO and is currently focusing on family and other ventures.
