028 - Daily Flash Meeting

30m · Published 21 May 12:00

In today’s episode, we are discussing another healthcare hack.  This one is all about what we like to call “Flash Meetings”. A flash meeting is a daily morning meeting that Alan implemented with his staff at his former hospital.  Through his experience in putting this structure in place, he realized how critical it is in order for all staff to be on the same page and working toward the same goals. You will hear Mindie ask Alan all about how he began this structure, what the meeting included, and why it is important.  But we don’t just tell you about it...we want to HELP you! We have included some free downloads for you, including the actual Google document that Alan’s staff used to enter all key information for each morning meeting.  The other download is a description of the type of employee you will need to make all of this function smoothly.  We are excited to bring this conversation to you and we hope you will join in on the discussion.
