First we’re going to do a bit of outreach and discuss a problem many in our sex-positive communities have to deal with when starting out. “How to discuss your kinky desires with a vanilla spouse.” Understandably, vanilla spouses often have a negative knee-jerk reaction when it comes to any activities that fall outside the “mainstream,” mostly due to misinformation and social conditioning rooted in puritanical backgrounds. There are easy ways to break those stereotypes, and ease into trying new things. We’ll go over many of them. Then we have a special guest! Well... what a night. Suffice to say - while we had a great conversation, we **might** have gotten a bit off track a few times with all the drinking we were doing in studio as a group. LOL It isn't nearly as bad as we used to be when we first started. This week we offer to you another Ladies Night! Yes, the ladies had a great idea for their next show, and we didn’t want to make them wait to have at this great discussion! This week, they discuss the #MeToo movement. A sensitive subject to be sure, and one that is pertinent to our communities. However, their conversation is about not just the movement per se, but more specifically the following two points: 1.) How can we, as ladies, support one another in the #MeToo movement, and 2.) First, KMFDMike brings us a question from his feed about Consent: Can submissives who have gone through trauma fully give consent, and how other submissives use BDSM in a therapeutic form to process past hurt. Second, we dive back into the ever-evolving subject of AI and sexual technologies, and how they are currently shaping our bedrooms and our culture.

Welcome to 2019! Happy New Year from all of us here at NonVanillaTryst studios and the K101 Podcast. We kicked off 2019 by taking a deep look back at 2018, in an an online munch style of sorts (meet and greet, for you swingers) for the majority of the show, in an effort to make sure this year is even better than the last!

The final show of 2018 and we go out with a BANG! The 10 beautiful Ladies of K101 take over NonVanillaTryst Studios and host their own show - sans any of the guys. Yes, the ladies kicked the guys out, and the guys promptly went upstairs where there was WAY TOO MUCH drinking and debauchery. You don’t even have to listen close to hear them destroying “the green room.” At one point, Mr. NVT was even channeling his inner Sam Kinison at the studio door. Unfortunately, the studio doors are not soundproof (yet.)

Nevertheless, the ladies of K101, across just over a generation apart, had a great show, discussed the hierarchy of non-monogamous relationships, dealing with relationship expectations, how our culture has changed concerning those relationships, matched with plenty of other pertinent topics and multiple viewpoints. they really left all of us wanting more.
