Lauren Papanos is a credentialed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a board certified specialist in Sports Dietetics. She holds both her bachelors and masters degrees in nutrition sciences. She has worked most of her career as a collegiate performance dietitian at various Division I schools like Texas A&M, UCLA, and currently, as the Head Nutritionist for Texas Tech Football. She also maintains a private practice where she specializes in bringing her integrative approach to helping active men and women balance their hormones and optimize their body composition and performance. She does this by using functional laboratory assessments, personalized nutrition protocols and medical grade supplementation protocols that emphasize a root-cause approach.
